PCB MANUFACTURING SERVICES

PCB MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

We support a full range of PCB manufacturing services, from simple layouts to high-density, multi-functional designs. Whether your project requires a single-sided, double-sided, or multilayer printed circuit board, we tailor our services to meet the complexity and scale of your application.

Single-Sided PCBs

Single-sided printed circuit boards are ideal for straightforward, low-cost applications like LED lighting, power supplies, and basic electronics. These boards have conductive traces on one side only and are often used in mass production due to their simplicity and reliability.

Double-sided PCBs

Double-sided printed circuit boards offer more flexibility by allowing components and traces on both sides of the board. This configuration supports more complex circuits while keeping the board compact, making it suitable for industrial controls, instrumentation, and consumer electronics.

Multilayer PCBs

Multilayer printed circuit boards go further by stacking multiple conductive layers with insulating material in between. These boards are essential for high-speed, high-density designs where signal routing, power management, and compact size are critical. Common applications include telecommunications, IoT, automotive systems, and advanced computing.

Materials Available

  • FR-4 (TG 135, 150, 170)
FR-4 is a dependable fiberglass material used in PCB fabrication. It is available in different thermal grades to match various applications. TG 135 and TG 150 work well for general electronics, while TG 170 is better suited for higher temperature environments.
  • Aluminum Core
This option provides excellent thermal conductivity. It is commonly used in printed circuit boards for LED lighting, automotive systems, and high-power applications where efficient heat dissipation is crucial.
  • Copper Base
Copper base PCBs are engineered for high-performance applications that require superior thermal and electrical conductivity. These boards are typically used in power electronics and demanding industrial systems.
  • Polyimide
Known for its heat and chemical resistance, polyimide is ideal for flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards. It performs well under extreme conditions and is often used in aerospace and automotive designs.
  • Rogers and High-Frequency Materials
For RF and high-speed circuitry, we offer advanced laminates such as Rogers and Isola. These materials provide low dielectric loss and excellent signal integrity, making them suitable for telecommunications and radar systems. Before you proceed

Before placing your order, make sure you have a complete and accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) ready. Also, check that our manufacturing timeline fits your needs. We offer three options:

  • Super Urgent: 1 to 4 working days
  • Urgent: 4 to 6 working days
  • Standard: 7 to 14 working days

Confirming these details ahead of time helps avoid delays and keeps everything running smoothly.
